Working as a mentor, embodied movement & sound facilitator, multi-artist and ceremonialist I'm weaving together ancient wisdom from all corners of the world with my own intuitive practice and academic research background. This all provides the space that I hold with integrity, knowledge and wholesome understanding of many walks of life.
I'm previous co-owner & founder of Soulsurfers and of Møn Retreat Center. Throughout the last 12 years I have learned and worked alongside many Shamans and self-development teachers hosted ceremonies, facilitated retreats, sweet lodges and dances all across the world. I thereby draw upon principles and methods inherent from a grand variety of experiences and am passionate about creating a professional, creative and wholehearted space for you to explore your true essence.
I love exploring the world and the many facets of life by diving into different realities and world views. I find the dance of my Souls calling thrilling to witness as i listen to the guidance that allows my dreams to transform into this reality.

I hold a Cand.Comm (Master of Communication) with an interdisciplinary study of Cultural and Natural Geography as well as a B.A. in Social Science from Roskilde University, Denmark.

I'm a certified 700h Body-Therapist PRYT from USA, Yoga and Mystic-Meditation-teacher 2x 200h Yoga Alliance form India, Clairvoyant Counselor & Healer with Lone Hertz DK, Ski-Patroller from Otago Polytec NZ, and Kitesurf-Instructor IKO Spain. Furthermore I've trained as a Vision Quest Guide with School of Lost Boarders USA and Ecstatic Dance Facilitator with Kareem inThailand.
